Susan Morgan Psychotherapy
Taking a more positive approach to your human potential.
Hello, and welcome to Susan Morgan Psychotherapy.
I am thrilled you have landed on my website. I am an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist working with you to both understand and overcome your addictions if that is what you wish to do.
I know as you think about the idea of stopping your addictive use of a substance like alcohol or drugs or behaviour like spending or compulsive hookups, you may feel some anxiety, and why wouldn’t you? It might be that you feel things are out of control and your life is in a perfect storm of work-life imbalance and relationship difficulties; as you question your life, you feel uncertain, confused, and disappointed. You realise to manage these life issues, you have got into a habitual roundabout of drinking, using, spending, and eating.
Together, we can start a process in which you can begin to learn precisely why you are doing what you are doing or what is causing you to feel stuck in this way. Through this inquiry, it can sometimes be enough to determine what you wish to do about your habitual or addictive behaviours. Whether that is to stop using what you use or learn to be discerning, we can work together to think about your decision.
Often there are partners, family members, and friends that are affected by the addictive behaviours of a loved one, you are the ones who decide that in providing support, you need to stay strong when what you need is also to resource yourselves, not through being strong all the time, but allowing yourselves to admit, “This is hard.” I can meet you from that place.
I also offer non-addiction psychotherapy for both individuals and couples.
If you are ready to take the next step. Then, please get in touch at or visit the Contact Susan page or call on
+44 (0) 7578 982 238.
I work across three locations in South West London covering Battersea SW11, Wimbledon SW19 and Richmond TW9.
I look forward to connecting with you!
Warm regards,
Susan Morgan
